Dariusz Wekwert is a Brussels-based interdisciplinary designer working across visual identity, editorial design, digital experiences, and art direction.

A visual collection from a single-day trip to my previous hometown, conceived as a farewell to five formative years. The project revisits fading memories, where fragments of the city gradually disappear with time.

Stones gathered from the ground serve as material traces; anonymous and timeless, yet embodying the weight of memory and belonging.
